This manual must be followed to the letter when crewing and/or pacing Miss Wagner. Miss Wagner shall be addressed as Miss Wagner at all times. You will not look her directly in the eye when conversing with her; instead you must look down at her feet. Failure to do so will result in a beating of 30 lashes.
