Miss Wagner’s gear will be marked with color coded tags. It is your responsibility to memorize these color codings so you know what each one means and can use them at the appropriate time:

Green – Means go; must be with you at all times

Red – Means stop; I only want this if I drop from the race

Blue – I only want this if I am hungry

Yellow – I only want this if I am thirsty

Orange – I need this if I want to get a tattoo

Purple – Carry with you – this is food for the bunny rabbits we might see

Fuchsia – Carry with you, but I will not use it

Periwinkle – First Aid bag in case I get a booboo

Burnt Umber – Tent bag: know how to set it up

Sienna – Sleeping bag in case I get tired: carry with you at all times

Magenta – Make up bag; I need to look good

Tangerine – Computer bag; I may want to send an email or update my facebook status

Teal – Shoe bag with 10 pairs of extra running shoes

Eggplant – Gun bag – to shoot the javelinas

Black – Champagne bag; for celebrating my finish

Slate – Jewelry bag; I might want to change my earrings

Dove – Recovery bag – containing new feet, knees and stomach

Violet – Hair bag; containing hair dryer, etc, in case I need to do my hair

Heather – Rubik’s cube bag in case I get bored

Banana – Workout weights, dumbbells; carry with you at all times

Sky Blue – Blender bag – in case I want a milkshake

Taupe – Portable outdoor toilet and tent; carry with you at all times

Maize – Book bag – in case I want to read

Lime Green – Sock bag containing 100 pairs of socks – one for each mile

Cherry Red – Camera bag, containing 4 cameras and 4 video cameras

Cyan – Have-a-Heart animal trap in case we need to remove some animals

Lemon – DVD’s, I may want to stop and watch a movie

Silver – Chocolate; must be kept refrigerated, we don’t want it to melt!

Gold – Helmet bag – don’t ask…

Bronze – Rescussa-Annie case – to practice CPR

Copper – 48” flat screen television (to watch the DVD’s, duh!)

White – Wine – one case of merlot (for after the run!!!!)

Ivory – Soap, and lots of it because I am going to stink afterwards!
